civvy.tech ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://www.civvy.tech. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use our tools and services. The short version: almost nothing is collected, and nothing identifying you is ever stored on our servers.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process:
- Your name, email address, or any contact details (unless you voluntarily submit the contact form)

- Browsing history or behaviour analytics
- Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
- Any input you type into our calculator or converter tools
All calculator and converter tools run entirely inside your browser. No inputs, results or usage data are transmitted to our servers.
Contact Form
If you use the Contact Us form, clicking "Send Message" opens your own email client (via a mailto: link) with the message pre-filled. No data is submitted to or stored on civvy.tech servers. The message is sent directly from your email client to sapkotak986@gmail.com, and is subject to your email provider's privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services that may receive limited technical data:
- Google Fonts — Our pages load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. When your browser requests a font file, Google may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- ExchangeRate-API — The Currency Converter tool fetches live exchange rates from exchangerate-api.com. This request contains no personal information — only a standard HTTP request from your browser. See ExchangeRate-API's Privacy Policy.
We have no control over the data practices of these third-party services. No other external services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks are used on civvy.tech.
Cookies
civvy.tech does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or any other purpose. Some browsers may store cached assets (fonts, stylesheets) locally for performance — this is standard browser behaviour and is not controlled by us.
Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or telemetry service. We have no visibility into who visits the site or how the tools are used.
Advertising
civvy.tech does not display advertisements and does not work with any advertising networks. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Children's Privacy
civvy.tech is a general-purpose tool site not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13.
